I could not sleep well last night! It was 0200 before I was able to get to sleep. I was still exhausted when I woke up at 0730. I realized today that I did Day 2 and Day 3 out of sync. I had to get back on track this morning by doing Tabata Power again.
Shaun T kept saying that in Insanity Max:30 we don’t lift weights, we lift ourselves. EXCUSE ME! That’s easy for you to say. He’s got muscle; I’m 1## pounds of fat and flab. Lifting myself is extremely hard. I can’t do a push-up; however, I was able to get myself off the floor this morning. It wasn’t a real pushup but it was progress. That’s all it takes in just a little more each day. A little more push and a little more of me.
After I finished my workout, my phone gave me an alert that storms would arrive by the afternoon. There I was dying, sweating, breathing hard, and I realized I had to move the yard before it rained. So I spent 2 hours push mowing our yard. By the time I was done, I was feeling sick. My soldier husband told me I had to eat and get protein because I was depleted from the juice fast. So I drove to Panera Bread for a salad and smoothie. After I ate I felt better. I’ll start my juice fast again tomorrow.
