So the soreness was not as bad this morning but oh jumpin’ Jehoshaphat! I think Shaun T tried to kill me during this workout-Tabata Power! Dear Lord, who ever suggested tricep dips for those who do no have triceps are insane. I have NO arm muscles. I can’t do a push-up to save my life. Tricep dips were a try but… well… let me put it this way… THANK GOD! I workout alone. It must have been a comical sight.
I am so sore right now. I think Shaun T is the devil (Waterboy humor). I have a love-hate relationship with him today. My arms are heavy and my abs feel as if someone has punched them. Just kidding, I don’t have abs…I have flab. But that’s okay because I’m going to push through this ordeal. I have a pair of medium Wonder Woman leggings that I want to be able to wear on my birthday. Yep, I have set an INSANE goal. Why? Because small, simple goals just don’t cut it. My personality and preferences are “go big or go home.”
I will say that I really enjoy how often Shaun T reminds viewers to push through BUT take the breaks as needed. I especially like how he says that it’s okay to MAX OUT; to take a break and jump back in when one is able. That’s the motivation that I need when working out.
