I could not sleep well last night! It was 0200 before I was able to get to sleep. I was still exhausted when I woke up at 0730. I realized today that I did Day 2 and Day 3 out of sync. Mother’s Day was it. I had finally had it. I’m tired of not having the energy to be active with my kids in the afternoons. Sure, I teach all day and do my own homework at night, but I want to be able to more with my kids. I want to be able to go for a walk in the evenings, ride bikes, and play ball with them. My weight
